Cost of Treatment

We are considered in network with Aetna, so if you have Aetna insurance, you will pay your traditional co-pay. We are considered out of network with BCBS and United and we can offer you a super bill which you can submit toward your out of network benefits with any insurer. We offer a new patient introductory special for out of network or those without insurance of $99 for a 45-minute consult and $99 for follow-up visits.

We use products which are considered bio-identical which you can get at your local pharmacy and are FDA approved. Most insurances offer coverage for hormone replacement. For instance, estradiol patches cost $10-$14 depending on your insurance plan, and micronized progesterone cost $3-$12.
