45-minute Initial Patient Evaluation: $99 Special ($149 Regular Price)

We prescribe bio-identical, FDA-approved hormones that can be found at your local pharmacy and are typically covered by most insurance plans. Example monthly costs using your insurance pharmacy benefits are listed as follows:

Estradiol: $10-14 per month

Micronized Progesterone: $3-$12 per month

Testosterone: $10-$20 per month

We partner with Huntsville Hospital and LabCorp for lab work, which is billed to insurance.
